Each IRPM job is assigned a project manager and a superintendent. The team selected for a job will possess a full understanding of the job scope, and will work to keep the client updated on progress and any budget adjustments in a timely manner. Clients will receive detailed accounting reports that show how the project finances are tracking on a monthly basis. Owners will have access to all accounting records at any time including: competitive bid tabulations, vendor contracts, material invoices, labor invoices and employee time cards.
